Banana diets
We gobble a couple of large junk meals when the doctors suggest us sparse quantity meals to be had frequently. We take carbs and fats in high quantity where doctors prescribe fibers, fruits and vegetables. This is where banana diets are helping us pep-up our metabolism and shed a lot of unwanted fat through burning calories. We get a thinner belly and a healthier metabolism. Banana diet has thus become a fad in Japan.
Japan’s mania
Japan lapped up the banana diet in a big way. This has resulted in a scarcity of banana since March. A magazine cited that one banana with taken with water at room temperature is an ideal foil for losing weight and heightening metabolism. Japan has since gone mad over it. You can have even more bananas if you like till you are satiated.
The water debate
For the water bit, the person who discovered the diet suggested lukewarm water. It has been debated in the medical circle which claims that coldwater helps in burning more calories. May be lukewarm water has something to do with expediting banana action.

Hitoshi Watanabe never imagined that a small test of his could build into a nation-wide undefeated craze. Supermarkets are a testimony to its success. Celebrities are singing the banana song too. For the associated diets, you can have anything in lunch. The idea is to keep it moderate. Have snack at 3.00 pm. It should not be seeped in overindulgence Dinner can again have anything till it is had at 8 pm and does not include overindulgence.
Early sleep
Another important idea is to sleep before midnight. It is believed that metabolism works unhealthily after midnight introducing obesity. Moreover, after midnight, a person becomes a lot more vulnerable to appetite craving.
Another version
Now someone absolutely unknown to this diet would never accept the bounty of a banana breakfast for healthy weight loss; and fast weight loss at that. There are many more acceptable versions to it. Here is another regimen of doing it. Eat a couple of banana three times that is before each meal. Look to eat one banana during snacks. Moreover, there is another combination in which you might try it. This is to take it one single piece before lunch and twice as snacks and then round it off with one full banana before dinner.

Bananas during snack suppress appetite. During meals, they create enzymes that can help with better digestion. Bananas have found their way right up there may be through accident but it is noticeable that bananas cannot harm in a long run. They will have no side-effect and further they will create no withdrawal symptoms. This means that the bananas are surely a diet which can be given a try. Might be all that it says may not be fact and word-of-mouth spread has led to some serious exaggerations but overall, it’s something we can look up to.
